Beverly Pre Pump Goo
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla Beverly protein powder 1-2 tbsp almond, cashew or peanut butter 1-2 tbsp honey You may also add your own special candy pieces. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Eat a couple spoons full or roll mixture into balls and eat a couple balls every 30 minutes starting about 2 hours before pump up. For more Goo, double the recipe. YUM!
