Hello! Just wanted to share a seasoning blend that I picked from an Oxygeb mag one month. It is excellent in protein shakes, oatmeal, on sweet potatoes, etc. You simply mix equal amounts of stevia, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper, or you can adjust the ratio to individual taste. Yum! Tastes like a red hot cinnamon candy! Enjoy!
