blueberry or rasberry carb countdown yogurt
1/2 c blueberries
1/4 sc nectar kiwi strawberry protein
1 TBL Power butter
=49/24/7= 350 cal
make your own alterations to fit your numbers!!! GOOOOOOOD STUFFFFFFF!!!!!!
