Does anyone eat this? heard of it? I just had some fish called Pollock and it was awesome. A little lemon juice and throw it on the foreman grill. Not only does it taste awesome, but it is so cheap if you can get it. Ideas? Recepies?

Ok, now that i found a cheap fish that tastes good.... what is wrong with it? Confused

p.s. no these are not fish sticks in a box, but now that i am on it... is that on the food list? Wink

In my case, I could eat them straight off the grill, no additions.

Fish sticks == the ones coated in batter-crumbs? I doubt it. HIGHLY.

What's wrong with batter crumbs? It's ok as long as you deep fry and in GUESS WHAT? Of course, PEANUT OIL!!! Big Grin LOL

PS. In all reality, peanut oil is much better to use for cooking. It will not break down as easily as many other oils. Heating an oil changes the structure (different oils, different temps), so if you heat a good fat, it will change and become a saturated fat.
