1 pkg. SF Jello Mix (any flavor will do!)
1 3/4 c. 2% MilkFat Cottage Cheese
1 scoop Vanilla Muscle Provider

In blender mix cottage cheese & muscle provider until smooth. While that is blending, microwave 1 c. of water until boiling. Once water starts to boil take out of microwave and whisk in jello mix. Turn blender back on and slowly add the jello mix to the cottage cheese MP mix. Blend until mixed well.

Pour into dish and refrigerate until firm. Tastes just like cheesecake!

This makes two meals for me:
431 kcals. (215.5)
67 g protein (33.5)
19 g carbs (9.5)
0 g fiber (0)
10 g fat (5)

Enjoy!
Vanessa

Guys, thanks for the recipe! I tried it last night with a few minor changes and it was grrreat! Here's the way I went about it.

2 cups fat free Philly Cream Cheese
2 cups Cottage Cheese
3 scoops Ultra Size
2 packs Sugar Free Jello

I prepared it the same way you suggested, and it yeilded 4 servings at the following numbers, uless my math is wrong (hey, it never was my subject):

Protein: 47.25g
Carbs: 11.25g (8g sugar)
Fat: 5g
Calories: 278.5

Thanks again for the great ideas. I've never met anyone here, but man it's the friendliest posting borad I've ever experienced. Awesome!

Apparently, after reading my post, SPELLING wasn't one of my subjects, either!

I just made this, It really tastes great, I added 3 tbsp heavy cream and I used ump chocolate. I just came off precontest training and am ready to get back in the swing of things, these recipes are going to make eating clean this offseason much easier.

So what flavor Jello do you use to make it taste like traditional cheesecake? Vanilla? I bet lime or lemon would be good....
