I also love UMP, especially the vanilla. I add it into oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast. (1/4 c. oats, 1 scoop ump, 3 egg whites, mix together and fry up as a pancake). Any flavor of UMP will do for that recipe. Another idea is to add 1 tsp. of sugarfree butterscotch pudding into 2 scoops UMP vanilla pudding..soo good! You may also add 1 tsp. natural peanut butter to that concoction! Let me know what you think.
