I am trying to find some recipes for good marinades without fructose, or corn syrup in them. Any advice will help tremedously.

Not a recipe but Kraft foods has some marinades under their carb option line of products. Don't know if they contain fructose or corn syrup but I know that the Carb Option bbq sauce doesn't. And the bbq sauce taste pretty good - check it out.
