Hi All---Even though I'm a new member, I'm not new to Beverly Products. I have been using them with much success for about 7 years. I thought I would share my personal Protein Pancake recipe.

2 Scoops US
1 whole egg
1 tbsp whole wheat pancake mix
1 tbsp olive oil
tsp vanilla extract

Very simple mix together, add water to batter consistency. Add tbsp Smuckers SF strawberry jam, tbsp of whipped cream if you would like.
These are great in afternoon as well. I store in the fridge for my 4th meal of the day, spread whipped cream on them and roll up like burrito. This recipe makes about 3 medium size pancakes.....Enjoy, Shelley

These are excellent. I added one more egg white though.

I think this is an old post but I LOVE my UMP pancakes in the mornings....I think I am eating the real thing.

1/2 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
1 scoop vanilla UMP
Vanilla and cinnamon to taste!

I add a little water sometimes too, though I can't tell if this makes much of a difference.
Cook over low to med heat with non-stick spray.
Then I use a little sugar free syrup! MMM-MMM!
