Found a tasty way to make a high protein rice pudding...
1 scoop vanilla UMP 1/3-1/2 cup cold, cooked brown rice cinnamon enough water to make a pudding. Let sit in fridge to chill (about 20-30 minutes) I use this as an alternative to my UMP/oatmeal shake. "You've Got to Fall in Love with the Pain to Gain" |
