I'm 8 wks out form a show and I'd love to make the brownies but don't think Ultra Size would be ok right now. Can you use Ultra size or Muscle Provider instead? Which one is best? Thanks1

Muscle Provider. You can add oatmeal/splenda/cocoa in with it if your diet allows. Just mix enough water til batter like and microwave/or oven(325 6-8min). Scrumptious.

Either make great pudding. I prefer UMP pudding. Depending on your macros you could use either. Mix with coffee/pb too-yum! Sometimes I mix and put in freezer to make more like fudgesicle.. There are many possibilites pending your macro needs pre-contest.

Could someone tell me how to make the brownies using either the ump or mp? what is the ratio of protein to water and what else do you put in it? I am dying to try this. I actually did try it last night with ump chocolate, but it was sticky and stringy, not that good. Any thoughts would be appreciated!!

UMP won't make a good brownie/cake mixture(IMHO). It's best as shake/pudding or mix in with US/MP for moister brownies.. Sorry I don't know the exact amounts..I'll post later after I make one. I have them 2x/day. You have to experiment. I like mine more moist so I add more water-so it't gooey in the middle.You basically mix water til like cake batter. If you microwave do 20-30sec OR oven 325 for 6-8min. I couldn't compete without them! Leslie |

Hi Laura, I don't know if it would be the best option right now for you regarding your contest prep, but 2-3 scoops Ultra Size chocolate, along with 1/2 scoop UMP would be the best bet for brownies id you're microwaving. Perhaps after your show you can give it a try. Good luck the rest of the way!

For MP brownie. 1scoop MP start with 1/8c. water,(add more for moister) microwave 20sec; Or in 325 oven 6-8 minutes. You can add 1/4c. oatmeal/ground oatmeal, pb, splenda/cinammon etc..also try with US--yummmm Leslie |
