This is definitely a kitchen question. Use it just as you wish. Use the UMP in the place of milk and sweetener and water to sub and the fluid in milk. I like to use it just to increase the mean of protein and make the item I am creating a food rather than a dessert.
Contest dieting? Up to the 4 week out, then get very strict.
