2 scoops vanilla UMP
1/2 cup of uncooked raw oats
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 tablespoon of non-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons of Udo's Oil
Skim milk to desired thickness
Blend for 2 minutes
Tastes great, keeps you full until next meal and you do not even know that there is oatmeal in it.

I do something similar to this. I call it sludge.
2 scoops protein usually choc. ump
16 oz water
1/2 banana
4 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup oats
a little cinnamon
1 tbsp. almond butter
Blend together.
This meal keeps me full the longest of any I take all day.
