Cereal and Milk substitution

This is simple but it really hits the spot if you're craving cereal and milk (like me Smile)

Mix vanilla ump or muscle provider thinly and chill

pour it on puffed rice and top with splenda

Don't know if anyone else does this but it's great

1/2 cup of oats
1 tsp ground cinammon
2 packets of favorite zero calorie sweetener
1/2 to 1 cup of cottage cheese

Prepare oats and cinammon with water in microwave.

Mix in cottage cheese and sweetener.

MP in Van and Choc can be added.

Great warm, creamy, high protein breakfast.
