1/2 cup of oats 1 tsp ground cinammon 2 packets of favorite zero calorie sweetener 1/2 to 1 cup of cottage cheese Prepare oats and cinammon with water in microwave. Mix in cottage cheese and sweetener. MP in Van and Choc can be added. Great warm, creamy, high protein breakfast.
