I just switched over from Ultra Size to Muscle Provider and am having a tough time adjusting to the taste. Does anyone have any recipes for the chocolate or vanilla Muscle Provider for pre-contest? I am 7 weeks out.
Hi Marisa. I know it can be tough changing what you are used to, but give yourself time...you will love the proteins before long. I like mixing about 4 oz. coffee and about 10-12 oz. water water with 2 scoops of either flavor MP and it tastes like something from Starbucks. I also love to mix a few strawberries in a blender with vanilla MP. Sugar free orange Tang is great mixed with MP vanilla, so is Diet Mt. Dew Code Red.
