I just wanted to share with you all my newest Ultra Size treat, I swear it was so good I felt guilty after I got done eating it.
2 Scoops Vanilla Ultra Size, 1 TBSP sugar free apricot preserves, about a teaspoonful of sugar free banana instant pudding mix (more for the thikckening consistency than anything else but the flavor was a bonus) I added a little water, I like mine pretty thick, put in the freezer for about half hour to 45 minutes and then take out and top with 2 TBSP fat free cool whip. PURE HEAVEN. 265 calories, 34 grams protein, 5 sugars and 18 carbs. Not bad huh? I was thinking of trying it with sugar free applesauce the next time and some spices. Thought I would share. It's hard to avoid sweets all the time and this definately eases the guilty feelings that come along with...
