1/2C frozen strawberries
3 oz. FF greek yogurt or unsweetened soymilk 1 scoop Vanilla UMP 2 t. FF French Vanilla coffe mate powder (dissolved in 1oz. hot water 1 oz. Sugar Free Torani Strawberry Syrup 3 Splenda packets ice as desired 1 T. Fat Free Cool Whip Blend all ingredients together except Cool whip. Can omit coffee mate powder. Also try with raspberry flavor and fruit. |
