I know Beverly is in the process of putting together a cookbook, but in the meantime, I have come across one that is terrific!! Big Grin (I ordered it about a week ago and got it yesterday). The recipes are soooo simple and done as 1 dish...

Lots of variation on the basic BB staples...oatmeal, egg whites, chicken, etc... A lot of super ideas!

The link is www.thebodyarts.net

Happy Eating!

Tricia

Dwayne,

Try this link...http://www.thebodyarts.net/HTML/fitness/cookbook.htm

If it doesn't work, you can e-mail her directly (I think she is re-doing the site and it seems to be a bit different). It is about $24...WELL worth it!

Biker Chick....Don't you just LOVE the book!

I'm going to wait until after my comp to try some of them, though many could be used now. There are several that look really good - especially the bodyarts bars!!!

When is your comp? Lots of luck!!! Big Grin

I have tried a couple of the recipes and they have all been so good. It is amazing how a few extra things can make typical BB food seem so exciting!

For those of you that have this recipe book, let us know how the foods are? I, for one am VERY curious to know. As a guy, I'm not the most creative in my cooking and unfortunately, neither is my wife. Are the recipes pretty easy to convert to man-sized portions as well?? Does the book list the nutr. contents (Cal, Pro, Carb, Fat) of the recipes??

I will post a recipe or two out of the book later, but in the meantime...the recipes couldn't be easier. Everything I have made has been good. The nutritional value for each recipe is listed and can easily be increased or decreased (I have found).

I have altered some of the recipes (ie: omitting rice on occasion), and they come out just as good. Really, it is just a great cookbook for giving your bodybuilding fare some variety!
