I am addicted to hot sauce. Please tell me that it is an ok flavoring. I put some in cottage cheese and it is awesome. My vice is Chalua hot sauce. The stuff is unreal, good flavor, good spice, makes anything enjoyable i swear. I am scared that this hot sauce is "bad" for a diet. Any thoughts?
...As long as it is not the week before a contest. It has a lot of sodium so if retaining water is an issue, or if you have high blood pressure issues, then you should probablly avoid it. Otherwise, it is fine. Actually, if you get one of the really hot ones, hot peppers have a mild thermogenic effect and can potentially help speed up your metabolism.
