I use this for meal one. My understanding is 1 scoop Ultra Size per 2.5 oz of beef recommended on the menu, but that could be wrong. So since I am recommended 5 oz of beef, I have been using 2 scoops:
(1) put egg portion in blender (for me, that is one whole egg and 4 egg whites) (2) add 1/4 - 3/4 cups of water (less if you have more eggs, more if you have fewer eggs) (3) add your carb portion (for me, 1/2 cup of oatmeal) (4) add the scoops of Ultra Size (2 scoops for me)
Blend until smooth, then cook just like a pancake. They cook FAST.
Mixed Ultra Size in a bowl. Add water until it has a thick, paste-like consistency. Nuke for 50 - 60 seconds, then add cream to top. YUMMIE.
Ultra Size Pudding ------------------
Put Ultra Size in bowl and mix in water. Keep adding water and stirring (I recommend a fork instead of a spoon, it thickens better) until it is pudding-like consistency (not thick, but not runny like liquid). I add 1 tsp of cinnamon and the heavy cream (2 tbsp for me). Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. YUM. I use this when going to prejudging (as a spectator) - I just bring it in a cooler.
Check with your advisor before substituting the cream. I use Ultra Size but substitute half of my cream with half that amount of peanut butter. In other words, I have 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream, so I do 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream and 1/2 tbsp peanut butter instead (if you had 4 tbsp of cream, then do 2 tbsp cream and 1 tbsp peanut butter). Use almond butter as an alternative.
So, Ultra Size + cream + peanut butter or almond butter. Add 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp instant espresso or coffee. Add 12 - 16 oz of water and 1/2 - 1 cup of crushed ice. Blend for 60 seconds.
