Hey guys. I just recently received my nutrition plan from Jeremiah and am planning on starting tomorrow. I'm looking for any suggestions or tips on how to spice up my meals, i.e. the oatmeal, meat, etc. I've been lifting for years but never really had to worry about diet too much thanks to my age and metabolism. Anyway, the plan he outlined for me is very basic (pretty much just lean meat, veggies, and/or rice each meal), and I'm hoping to find some ways of making them more interesting. Truth be told I hate most vegetables (except carrots/green beans/corn/salad), so I'm mostly worried about being able to stomach them day in and day out. Any help would be appreciated, whether in the form of actual recipes or just links to other websites. Thanks!
Far as veggies go, Im not a fan either, however I can tolerate some green beans. What I do is put a cup of frozen cut green beens in a plastic tub put some garlic salt in it and some water, zap them in the micro for about 1.5-2 minutes and they are pretty decent to eat.
Far as the oats, I used to mix mine in my shakes. Took a little to get used to but I could at least get them down that way. Other wise I wouldve never gotten the oats in.

Hey, thanks for the advice. My biggest problem so far seems to be the amount of food - I may have to start w/smaller portions and work up to the recommended amounts; I walk away from each meal so full my belly looks like Ronnie Coleman's!
yeah I get that problem sometimes, then about a half hour or hour later Im so hungry I could hurt somebody. Its weird. What Ive done is when I cant finish the food I save it for a meal later in the day where I know Ill be able to finish that meal plus the extra. (typcially with shakes)

I remember the same issue of feeling like it was too much food, especially when I had the 6th "carb up meal" now I get fixated on an extra 1/4 cup of oats. I also found that after 2-3 weeks I got accustomed to different food like steamed spinach.
