First off, the pancake syrup that was recommended by Walden Farms is wonderful. But I found it when I was traveling and haven't found it again. Now I'm out. Tonight was carb meal. I was looking forward to the carb bread type pancake with FF SF no calorie syrup. But poor Mother Hubbards cupboard was bare. So I took about 1/4 C of Splenda and 1/2 tsp of maple extract, just enough water to blend and nuked it for 30 seconds. It wasn't real thick, but was excellent on the bread. Question for the pros....on the precontest diet (2 carb nights), can you use any condiment that is sugar free, fat free with no calories? I found a great strawberry glaze that is that way. Is there any hidden factors to FF and SF? Thanks, Sue.
