I didn't have a rubber muffin pan so I used a small rubber cake pan and sliced into 6 HUGE squares. Nice and chewy (I added about 1c of water to the mixture before adding the oats because it was super duper thick.)I used cookies n cream UMP. I'm 7 weeks out and was getting bored with my food. The best thing is that these are portable and easy (not much of a cook here). Here is the breakdown per bar: (makes 6) 185 calories 16g carbs 22.2g protein 3.4g fat |
