I always thought you were not suppose to cook and/or heat protien powders yet I see lots of yummy recipes, such as muffins and whatnot that require cooking/baking.

Can anyone clarify this? Did I receive incorrect info? or is it just certain protein powders you should not cook with?

Thanks All! Smile

This has been brought up before, and Beverly has stated that you can use all of its protein products for cooking without fear of any degradation.
