Pre Bedtime Snack: 3 scoops of Mass Maker 1 scoop of 100% Egg Protein Brownie: 1 cup dry oats 2-3 scoops Chocolate Muscle Provider or Ultra Size 2-4 tbs cream (optional) 1 scoop 100% Egg (adds extra protein) Add just enough water until mixuture is a thick paste Mix or place in a rectangular tupperware container so the mix is an inch or so thick Microwave for 1-2 minutes or unitl center is firm | ||
