Powdered Peanut Butter

As far as the people who are crazy over PB, but don't necessarily want all the fat I'm going to suggest an awesome product that I use. It's called PB2 by Bell Plantation. Powdered PB may sound crazy, but all you need for 1 serving is 2 TBSP and mix is with 1 TBSP water and it mixes into the same consistency as regular PB and it tastes the same! It's only 52 calories for 1 serving with 6g Protein. You can buy it online at bellplantation.com or do a search where they distribute their product.
They expel press 85% of the fat.
I love making Peanut Butter shakes/smoothies with this stuff!

My recipe for a Peanut Butter Cup shake is as follows:
Ingredients:
2 packets Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa powder( 25cal per packet)
4 TBSP-PB2(104 cal
5 packets Truvia Brand (It's Stevia/Erythritol blend sweetener. This stuff is the best Stevia supplement I've tasted! Definitely no bitter taste and I swear it has a slight vanilla flavor to it)0 Calories
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup water

Blend all ingredients together in a Blender and voila, you have something that tastes sinfully delicious for only 154 Calories.
Now you can play with this recipe, of course, and use less water for a thicker shaker or milk for a creamier shake. You can even add Vanilla UMP to it for a kick a** protein shake.
Make sure you have a decent blender that can make it totally smooth. I have a Vita-Mix industrial strength blender which makes my shakes super smooth and no ice chunks.

Anyways, I just wanted to share this amazing product that I found( I found it at my local Commissary on accident) for the people obsessed with PB. I never had an obsession with PB but once I tried this stuff and mixed it with a 1 packet of Truvia Brand Sweetener I totally got my sweet tooth fix without guilt. It tastes like that sweet PB filling in a Reeses cup!

This stuff sounds great! I love peanut butter, especially on apples. Does anyone eat this everyday? Say one serving per day? I am trying to gain muscle, but really focused on losing fat and I do not want to gain weight. Thanks!
