i'm currently trying to help my wife get back into shape. I love her dearly, I know how to train but i'm confused on how to train her. GOD SHE WILL KILL ME IF SHE FOUND OUT I WAS ASKING FOR OUTSIDE HELP! She currently weighs 190lbs @5'1" . I've helped her before get down to 150lbs. But she just took it for granted i guess.Like I said I love her dearly i just need some type of help on keeping the workouts interesting for her. Bootcamp typestuff etc... She gets bored very easy. oh as far as my shape goes I'm 5'5" and have a 28" waist and 37yrs and my wife is 33yrs. any help is greatly appreciated.

Her nutrition (and desire to change) will be the deciding factors. Where does she currently stand regarding the two?
