Hello,
I am new to the forums. Everyone seems so helpful here! I have been athletic most of my life, with the exception of the last few years, and to make a long story short I put on about 60 lbs. I am a 40 yr old 5'10 250lb male. I know that supplementation, workouts and eating right are all a factor. I was just wondering if anyone would have suggestions for a starting diet, supplement and workout routine for the first few months to get me on the right track. There is alot of info on this site, but most I see is dedicated to those in some sembelence of fitness. I however feel I am back to being a "beginner" when it comes to fitness and I am starting over at square one. Thank you for any suggestions you may have. Much appreciated! Nyke

I am not an expert by any means, but since I am in the same boat that you are in, I thought that I would tell you what I am doing and since it is working for me, you could modify it for your needs

My supplements and meals are pretty much from this page

I use the Pre Contest Dieting (Maximum Fat Loss) Plan

My training is basically listed in the following page per each day. I work out at home with just dumbbells.

Good luck to you. This stuff works.
