chest and bi's mon and fri back and tri's tue and sat legs and shoulders wed and sun forearms done with chest days abs done with back days calfs done with leg days 4 excercises for each bodypart, done with 3 sets each.for 6-8 reps lift hard and eat big and the rest will take care of itself | ||

The split is ok. I wouldn't do 4 movements for smaller muscle groups(bi's, tri's, forearms). Maybe 2 especially if you're going to hit each body part every fourth day. I would also keep a close eye on your recovery with only 1 day rest per week. You might want to also keep track of rep tempo and rest intervals between sets. You are going to be doing a program similar to what I have done and works well, in fact, very well. Forget the forearm workout. Don't use straps and you'll work the forearms. Abs and calves can be done 3 to 4 times a week as a warm up part of the workout. Do light calves on the day of leg workout. They just don't seem to go well together. If you do them first, you mess with your stability. If you do them last, you're trashed and tired. I like to do them in the warm up stage. It really gets the blood flowing. Sounds good to me!
