Since the people on this site are the ONLY ONE'S who can answer questions , here goes.
First of all ,many thanks for ALL the help you have given me it tweaking my program. I was totally wrong in my thinking about the triceps ladder. With that in mind, a question. In doing a behind the back shoulder shrug, if you lifting your hands to waist level, would it then become a triceps exercise? |

I would have to say no to this. Tricep exercises are all pushing movements in one way or another. The shrug behind the back is a pulling movement. It primarily works the trapezius muscles. "Rome wasn't built in a day" |
