Even if you were only doing one set per different exercise that would still be alot. For major muscle groups like chest I will hardly ever go over 12 sets total for that specific bodypart. If you lift heavy and go till failure then you shouldnt have much left to do tons of additional sets, exercises etc..

Your not seeing results cuz you are OVERTRAINING. Even enhanced athletes cannot do that routine and expect GROWTH. Just achy joints and sore, stringy muscles.
