Something like that. Used to expand the rib cage and was promoted by Peary Rader way back in the day. Read about it in "Keys to Progress" by Stuart McRobert but I loaned the book to a friend and never got it back. Go to Hardgainer.com and do a search on "rader" or send them an email. Yeah Rader pulls are SUPPOSED to expand your rib cage which I am not sure is possible especially for adults and really don't think it is something you want to do even if it does work. Anyways, thay are the same thing as breathing pullovers. Which are done using a straight bar with your arms straight while laying on a bench longways not across. You take a couple deep breaths holding the last one before your rep then exhale at the completion of the rep. They are usually performed as supersets with breathing squats for about 20 reps. Jimmy
