Heavy day use 80%1RM 5 reps 5 sets
Moderate 65% 8 reps 3 sets
Light 50% 12 reps 3 sets

Supplement back workouts to use chins or pulldowns

Squats, Deadlifts, Bench.

Warm up, use machines for a warm up/pre-exhaust.

Day 1
Light Bench
Moderate Squat
Heavy Deadlift

Day 2
Light Deadlift
Moderate Bench
Heavy Squat

Day 3
Light Squat
Moderate Deadlift
Heavy Bench
