U use a variation that I named Ironman training which is kind of similiar to cross fit with a bit heavier weight and more muscle group specific. You have to be careful not to over stress the lower body as boot camps incorporates a lot of lunges and squats. Boot Camp, tabata, cross fit, p-90x can all be incorporated to lose fat but I would not suggest they they be the main training protocal.This message has been edited. Last edited by: CR,
