I would drink after you've done both. After lifting glucose is low so you will target fat loss by doing your cardio afterwards. Personally I think eating whole foods ie, lean steak or turkey and white potato after working out works better than any drink.

after cardio, not a fan of the gatorade if trying to lose bodyfat but to each his own.
