I've finally gotten used to my lat pulldown machine and have established a list of exercices for the various body parts. I'm training 3 days on, 1 off, working body parts twice a week.

I'm thinking of also using different programs:

5x5 5 sets, 5 reps
periodization, hypertrophy, strength, power
full body workout ( how many exercises per body part ? Should I star at the top and work my way down? Or start with the weatest body part? )

Does the order matter?

Many thanks. You have been most helpfull .

When moving on to a different training routine, you'll want the program to be conducive to your training goal. What are you trying to accomplish? This will dictate what type of routine to utilize. Also, I'd like to clarify if you'll be using only one training pricincipal (i.e. 5 x 5, hypertrophy, full body, etc.)at a time? I'd recommend sticking to one principal at a time....otherwise, you'll have no idea what is actually working and what isn't. Furthermore, you'll likely be severely overtrained if incorporating multiple training pricincipals into one training cycle.

Found one of your passports to Sumatra, I missed you by about a week at Fiji. But, I knew you wouldn't miss the fifty year storm, Bodhi."
