Anyone have this problem...I've been a lot of cardio, (LISS, HIIT, medium intensity, etc) and I am finding that it is really hard to get my heart rate up now.....does anyone have any suggestions for a good cardio workout to kick it up a notch????

Now it is time to figure Max Heart Rate. Don't go just by age. It should be changed around just like 1RM. VO2 may be the key here.

When you're trying to get fat burning cardio, the trick is not to exert so much that you are beginning to tap into glucose from protein stores (muscle).
