Hello, I am new here. I am looking to get back in better shape and looking for a new routine. I am 28 years old, 5'10, 192 pounds.
I have no routine at the gym what so ever. I usually just go lift with whatever is available. I just got some pretty good advice on a diet plan, but need help putting something together in the diet department as well. So basically I have no set plan to follow. I would like help to put both a diet and a workout plan together to lean out. Thanks for any help anyone can provide. Jason |

I'd start with reading some of the articles in the link below.
