I am in need of any routines or advice folks here can give me. I am having a tendon replaced in my ankle in July and will be in a cast for 6 weeks.
Any suggestions are welcome.

Sounds to me like all upper body movements will be in the fold.

Then a lot of isolation movements for the non injured leg, one leg extensions/curl, one leg leg press and one leg no weight squats....

seems to me you wont be that limited other than on that leg in the cast....sort of a work around it thing...

Id pump the BCAAs, vitamin C and glutamine in the hopes of speeding recovery....and tissue repair..
