RIZ - I did not get to the seminar, but several of us; fitdoc, myself and a few others have transitioned to a three days/week training program with a minimum of one day off between workout days. I have not heard anything but positive comments from those of us who have transitioned to this schedule. I can tell you that I have not lost any strength, have not gained any bf and seem to be making decent gains on this routine, so I'm pleased with it especially since I have now gained more time in my weekly schedule. It might not work for everyone, but so far it has for me. I would suggest giving it a try for a few months to see how your body responds to it. VA MadDog

Riz, There are a variety of training methods to increase muscle mass. I've had success with a 5x per week regimen as well as my current 3x per week schedule. In my experience, training 3x per week with a day of rest between sessions has worked very well. Among other things, i find i have less opportunity for injury (training less number of days) and more recovery time. Given all aspects of training, 3x per week is best for me. By the way, i intended to drive down to the seminar, but other obligations precluded my trip. In all thy getting, get understanding

I do three days a week also. One option you can always to if you have a lagging bodypart or just feel bored is add an additional day ( if you train M/W/F) saturday is perfect for whatever you trained on W. Nothing with a lot of volume, just get a pump and get out ~20 min workout. Overtime I think you will find you will add Density and Shape, depending upon dietary intake of course. Anyway, just a thought...
