I have a bad case of tennis elbow.How I train my arms without futher injury? | ||

Give it a break or use HOT ICE to warm up the joint prior to workout. Stick with the basic workout. Use flexing/posing to workout after. Frank | |||

One thing I might add, avoid rotation movement, such as the curls with palms up going upward and palms down, going down. That's probably the worst thing for you. Any other exercise the will require the similar movement, you should avoid those as well. Frank | |||
