My agent here wants me to be skinner my chest and hips are to muscular he says. i have been running on a tread mill 2 times a day once in the morning and once in the evening for about 45 mins a session. I have went from 99.8 cm chest size to a 95 in the last 5 days but my hips or thighs are still the same is there anything i can do to make them smaller exercises or maybe a stairclimber but i figured if i did the stair climber that it would make my legs even bigger Please help.

OK, so you are TRYING to go catabolic? That loss you've experienced is a mix of lean tissue and water loss.
I can't beleive I'm saying this, but stay away from squats and basically anthing to do with LEGS.... jeez, I never thought i'd say that. No stair-stepper either. Running for 45 mins straight will do the trick, but it will take some time. Definetly more than 5 days. Adjust your diet so you can lose both bodyfat and lean mass... I can't believe I just wrote that either..... majority of your cals should come from protein (think close to 65%), decreased carb and moderate to low fats. That will get you to lose size quickly and in somewhat of a healthy manner....... You are killing me Joey. Vijay Rock Puri, D.C. |

sure fire muscle loss, overdo the HIIT cardio, try 40 min sessions, you'll lose size to those legs...

LMAO Joey, bottomline is lower calories, be on the negative for the day. Running, but not sprinting and if that doesn't work, eat less, workout less, especially with the legs. No work, no gains especially when you're not eating enough. Also, if you're going to work legs by running, do so at the most catabolic time, empty stomach and no carbs before or after (at least 0 before, and 0 for 2 to 3 hours after).
