Here's my question. After browsing through many of the threads I noticed mention of some sort of Beverly training manual several times and also i noticed mention of a figure manual for the ladies as well. How would I go about obtaining these manuals? Are they available for purchase or download? Thanks in advance for your help! I look forward to reading and participating on this forum.
