My show is in Oct. I'm not 16 weeks out yet, should I be concerned about my body stats? If not when should I start to collect them?

well Id like to know if it were me, as I like to lose 1 lbs per week, therefore, if I find Im carrying 19 lbs, and I know around 6lbs total fat im shredded, then I need to diet at least 13 weeks, but Id probably do 16 or 15 to be safe. So Id want to know, but is it absolutely necessary, not at all.

Some bb's never know their bodyfat they diet with the mirror alone, Im more detailed than that and need to know Im heading in the right direction.

hope this helps some.

Thanks Jason, but here lies the problem...I haven't the clue what I'm looking at. By the way, that diet you gave me has worked well...I can see the difference in the mirror. Right now I'm 236lbs at 6'2. Where do you think I will come in at...around 210 or so?

Maurice,

Any scale would do. 3, 6, 9 point caliper check, electro, water density, anything to gauge a start point.

Looking at your pics, I'd say you're somewhere in the 10% range.

Posing is going to help you more than lifting at this point. Why? It will help you shape your phsyique, knowing where you can start muscle separation. Start manipulating legs, abs, etc.

When you get on stage, you'll lock in crisp, smile and you won't be shaking.

Is there a weight limit you're looking to stay above/below?

THANKS FRANK. I HAVE STARTED POSING AND I TRY TO GET 30 TO 45 MINUTES IN A DAY. NO THERE'S NOT A PARTICULAR WEIGHT I WANT TO STAY UNDER, I JUST DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WOULD BE BETTER FOR ME TO STAY AT HEAVYWEIGHT OR GO DOWN TO LIGHT HEAVY. I WILL SCHEDULE A BODYFAT TEST AT MY GYM THIS WEEK. THANKS AGAIN!
