For my abs I have been choosing 6-8 moves and doing 50 reps. My goal is fat loss, with lean muscle gain. Does anyone have any better ideas or moves that work better than others? Thanks!

If you're looking for that solid six pack, remember they're muscles, too. I treat them like biceps. The crunch is a curl, grab a plate, place it on your chest and wrap your arms around the plate. Start with 10 lbs and crunch until you can't. Eventually work your way down (or up) to just 12-15 reps with several sets. Advanced training, heavier weight, 6-8 reps.

most people do abdominal training activating hip flexors and illiopsoas which doesnt totally target abs.. try a version of the janda situps. activate hamstrings and you crunch it will turn off your hip flexors to activate rectus abdominus more. also make sure to brace for a punch and breath out all the way as you flex(contract) your abs

Check out the info posted at http://beverlynutrition.com/ev...46095412/m/595103346. There's some good ab info there too.
