Hey everyone, just wondering what everyone thought on what was the best techniques for pre contest cardio that spared the most muscle. Ive read about low intensity, HIT cardio, first thing in the moring on empty stomach, and after workouts. Whats everyone think? Thanks alot.
I prefer light intensity for morning cardio. And usually a littl more moderate post workout. On non workout days I think there is a time and place for HIIT work especially where most of us sit idle all day at work.
Whatever you do, start slow and increase as the show date looms.
