I was looking into getting a new belt. Are those Inzer Lever belts good? A couple guys at the gym have them and like them.

Any other ones that I should be looking at? I can get the Inzer from their website, any good websites for getting that kind of stuff?

Thanks in advance.

INZER !!

All the way. Titan has a belt too but I use a 13mm Inzer Double Buckle. I don't like the lever belt because after time the hole tends to wear due to the added stress the lever puts on the holes. I generally deal directly with Inzer because they are the best to deal with if things don't fit or break.

One thing though... I think a guy from my gym ordered one for Christmas and it takes 8 weeks once the order is placed !! They make each belt. Top quality belts though they break in really nice and are well made. Its a once in a lifetime purchase....get the best

Thanks Shorty. I called Inzer, the woman said they have most of the solid colors in stock. I also asked if they were going to be at the Arnold, she said..."We are talking to them, but nothing has been confirmed..."

Thanks for asking about my progress. I switched to a high volume workout from now until the end of February. So, for all movements except deads I am doing high reps and super sets and/or drop sets. I am doing some 15-25 rep squats!! Need some oxygen after those. I am still using the wider powerlift style stance.

Deadlifts are going great. Last week finished with a set of 385 for 8 reps. Very pleased with that. Tonight is dead night, so we'll see if I move up, I need to make sure form is good.

I haven't seen the details on the 7/70, will have to check it out...

Later!

Dwayne

Shorty-

I just started the 7/70 program for the second time!!! I did it about this time last year and saw some great strength gains. I think you will like it. The chest/back day is pretty taxing. Hopefully I wil add some more mass!!! Let me know what you think of the program.

Kevin

When you did the 7/70 did you use the exact exercises or did you vary the exercises?

I changed some of the supplementary exercises but kept the core the same. Like now, heavy bent rows really bother my lower back so I am using the icarian machine row so my back is not subbject to injury.

My opinion is the core excercises are the key to growing. If some of the other exercises need to be changed to better fit your lifting style I think it would be ok.

I use the lever belt.

The last time I ordered directly from Inzer, it took 6 weeks.

If you're in a hurry, try

www.houseofpain.com

You'll get the belt in less than 5 days.
