Heres the thing. I'm currently a power lifter. I'm 5 foot 6 and a half and weigh 200lbs with 12% body fat. I'm thinking about gettin into bodybuilding because everyone says i would be good at it cause. They call me a genetic freak cause I have been blessed with good genes.

But anyway the thing is I want to gain like 15 more pounds before I think about trimming up and what not. So does anyone have any good workout routines? The only supplements I take are protein shakes and creatine. Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

Hi Pntercoach,

Welcome to the board. You may want to do a search in Bodymuscles' articles. I really liked the 7/70 program and the diet that accompanied it. Here's the link http://bodymusclejournal.com/vol03/7seventy.html
It really added some quality thickness for me.

I would start by slowly adding in the Mass + Ultra 40 with meals. Also try to add in some light cardio to allow yourself to eat more calories(6-7 meals a day). When you do not have time for food use the Ultimate muscle protein as a meal replacement. In bodybuilding you goal is to add lean tissue rather then overall scale weight. Next you can try taking the Mass while training with glutamine select. Also using 2 dosages of synergy a day worked extremely well for me when gaining muscle and losing fat (if your body doesnt have any adverse side affects from the creatine).
