Hey everyone,
I am beginning to cut and am about 260 with 24% bf, so I have a long ways to go. I began doing morning cardio and lifting in the afternoon. I find morning cardio works best for me. Right now I am doing 2 7 keto pills prior to the cardio and then 1 scoop of glutamine select during the cardio. Currently I am doing 30 min on the treadmill at low intensity. I do not have time to eat meal 1 before so I am eating when I get to work afterward. I am just curious if what I am doing with the supplements is optimal or if you have any other ideas which may work better. I appreciate your input. Thanks. |
