Roger's PM workout?

Back in November or December of 2004, Planet Muscle published a training program that Roger had designed. It was supposed to be a 3-part series, but parts 2 & 3 never made it to press. The first phase was amazing. Anyone, Roger, have access to that phase 1 - 3?

I did find Phase 2, and I will include it in the next issue of No Nonsense. It is an awesome workout for the average guy who needs a new stimulus. I have to reformat it as it's now in Planet Muscle format form so I can't email it to you ahead of time. In the meantime go back to Phase 1 for the next 6-8 weeks.

The Phase 1 workout is in the Featured Articles on our bodybuildingworld.com website in the Abbreviated Workouts Section, listed as Get Started Pt 2. It is also found in Volume 10, Issue 2 of NNN on Beverly's website. (It is in a slightly different format from the original PM article, but contains the same info and workout.

Phase 3 is the peaking phase and follows the same format as the Pre Contest Training listed in the Featured Articles of our website.

Roger, thanks a million. I feel like I just found the dead sea scrolls! This workout is the best I have ever used, no doubt. Can't wait for phase 2 & 3!
