Was just curious as to what anyone thought about the training split that is in the BI figure section of the pre-contest manual for someone just looking to revamp their physique:
DAY 1: Quads/Calves DAY 2: Back/Biceps/Delts/Abs DAY 3: Chest/Triceps/Calves DAY 4: Hamstrings/Glutes/Abs DAY 5: Back/Shoulders/Arms/Calves "You've Got to Fall in Love with the Pain to Gain" |
